ABOUT RATES

1. General Maintenance, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Security, Construction and Remodeling:

Our fee covering the evaluation, contracting and supervision processes will be based in most cases on a percentage of the cost of the contract.

2. Absentee Home Owner Services:

• Home Checks, Homes Secure & Home Ready Services
• Payment of utilities, employees, taxes

Our fee structure is as flexible as our services. We can put you on a monthly retainer (Packages starting at $100 per month), charge by the hour, and/or charge for a specific service. After your unique service component needs are established, we will provide you a specific service fee to cover your chosen service options.

3. Concierge:

• Restaurant, excursions, taxi reservations: Free
• Travel planner, messenger services, shopping etc..: $20 per hour + extra costs (taxi, parking).

4. Legal Services, Accounting, Tax Issues, Insurance Issues: (Subject to quote)

5. Others: Food & beverage, Social Events, IT support etc..: (Subject to quote)

6. Hot Line 24/7: Free

7. Real Estate Services (Rentals)

• Non referred rentals: 20% of the total rental fees
• Referred rentals: 10% of the total rental fees
• Long term rentals subject to special discounted rate.
